Young Orchestra Voices to sound at the small stage Bel Etage

On Palm Sunday, April 13, there is an instrumental music concert Young Orchestra Voices on the small Bel Etage stage.

The audience will enjoy works by Italian and American composers, namely Gioachino Rossini, Luigi Boccherini, Giovanni Bottesini and Samuel Barber and Aaron Copland.

The soloists are young artists of the Odessa Opera, Laureates of International Music Competitions Olexander LYSYUK (cello), Victor OSOKIN (double bass), Mykola SHAKHOV (double bass), Leonid POPOV (clarinet).

According to Alexandru SAMOILĂ, Principal Conductor, People's Artist of the Republic of Moldova, the program is very unusual as it combined classical music and jazz improvisation.

He points out that Bel Etage has been meant to be a debut stage. Maestro is going to conduct there for the second time. The first concert under his direction took place on October 3, 2012 when the small stage started working.

The concert Young Orchestra Voices starts at 3:30 pm.
