"Parade of Stars" will be held in Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater on March, 12-15.

Guest soloists - People's Artist of Ukraine Eduard Srebnitskiy, Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Gromov, winners of international competitions Eshiko Fujiwara and Vitaliy Bilyy will participate in the productions, which are well-known to Odessa theatre goers.

Vitaliy Bilyy (baritone, Ukraine), the graduate of Odessa Conservatory, the soloist of La Scala, Vienna State Opera, Metropolitan Opera and others will play the part of Giorgio Germont in the opera "La Traviata" by Giuseppe Verdi.

 

March 13, 18:30

Eduard Srebnitskiy (tenor),People’s Artist of Ukraine, the soloist of Dnepropetrovsk Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet  will play the role of Mario Cavaradossi in the opera  "Tosca" by G.Puccini and Vladimir Gromov (baritone), Honoured Artist of Republic of Belarus, the soloist of National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Republic of Belarus will play the part  of Baron Scarpia.

The Japanese dancer Eshiko Fujiwara, laureate of international contests, will appear as Giselle in the ballet of the same name set to music by Adolphe Adam.

 

March 15, 18:30

Vladimir Gromov (baritone), Honoured Artist of Republic of Belarus, the soloist of National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Republic of Belarus will play the part of Renato in the opera "Un Ballo in Maschera" by G. Verdi.

Vitaliy Bilyy (baritone)

 

The soloist of La Scala, Vienna State Opera, Metropolitan Opera and others.

The graduate of Odessa State Conservatory (ONMA) named after A. Nezhdanova with a degree "choral conducting" (A. Serebri’s class) and "solo singing" (Yu.Teterya’s class).

The winner of numerous international competitions, including the Elena Obraztsova Competition, the M. Caballe Competition, International F.Vinas Young Opera Singers’ Competition and  P. Domingo’s "Operalia".

The repertoire includes the leading roles for baritone from the operas "La Traviata", "Il Trovatore," "Macbeth," "Attila" by G . Verdi, "Carmen", "Les pecheurs de perles" by G.Bizet, "La Boheme" by G.Puccini, "Lucia di Lammermoor" by G.Donizetti, "Eugene Onegin"," Iolanta " by P. Tchaikovsky," Boris Godunov",  " Khovanshchina "by M. Mussorgsky and others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eduard Srebnitskiy (tenor)

 

The soloist of Dnepropetrovsk Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet , People’s Artist of Ukraine.  

Eduard Srebnitsky graduated from Sverdlovsk State Conservatory named after M. Mussorgsky (now - Ural State Conservatory) specializing in academic vocal. From 1966 to 1974 he was an artist of Chelyabinsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. He has been the soloist of Dnepropetrovsk Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet since 1974.

His repertoire includes more than 150 parts from various operas. As a guest soloist Eduard Srebnitsky appeared on the stage of Kirov (now - Mariinsky) Theatre, National Opera of Ukraine, Tatar and Romanian Opera and Ballet Theaters. He was a participant in International Festivals, including Opera Festival named after Fyodor Shalyapin (Kazan) and Festival named after Mary Bieshu (Chishinau). He toured France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Czech Republic, Denmark, England and other countries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

Vladimir Gromov (baritone)


 

The soloist of National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of Republic of Belarus, Honored Artist of Republic of Belarus.

He graduated from Belarus State Academy of Music in 2002 , in 2003 he got Master's degree. Since 1999 he has been the soloist of Belarus National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre.

Vladimir Gromov’s repertoire includes over 30 operatic roles, the parts in the choral-symphony productions - the Symphony № 9 by L. Beethoven, "Messiah" by F. Handel, "Requiem" by W.Mozart, "Requiem" by G. Faure, "Stabat Mater" G. Rossini "St. John Passion", "St. Matthew Passion" and a number of cantatas by J.S. Bach, "Harmonic Mass" by J. Haydn, "Carmina Burana" by C.Orff, "Songs of a Wayfarer"by G. Mahler,  the Symphony № 5 of " Shakespeare’s Sonnets " by A.Lokshin, Oratorio" Spring "by S. Rachmaninov.The soloist is often on the stage with the concerts of chamber music.

He has been cooperating with State Academic Symphony Orchestra, State Chamber Orchestra, President Orchestra of Republic of Belarus, State Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments  named after Zhinovich, Symphony Orchestra of  Belarus State Academy of Music "Young Belarus", BTRC Orchestra, Orchestra of Staff of the Ministry of Defence of Republic of Belarus and others since 1997.  

In 2008 he was awarded a medal of Francisk Skaryna for professional excellence and outstanding creative achievements in the development of national culture and art.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eshiko Fujiwara (ballerina)

 

Laureate of International Ballet Competition NAMUE.

The repertoire of the ballerina includes the leading roles in the ballets "Paquita" by Ludwig Minkus (Paquita), "Don Quixote" by Ludwig Minkus (Kitri), "La Bayadere" by Ludwig Minkus (Gamzatti), "Giselle" by Adolphe Adam (Giselle), "The Nutcracker" by Pyotr Tchaikovsky (Masha), "The Sleeping Beauty" by Pyotr Tchaikovsky (Princess Aurora) and others.
