The participants of the concert “Music of Spring”

On June 5, at 18:30, the orchestra will give a concert. 

Today we are glad to introduce the participants of the concert and young soloists of the orchestra of Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater:

Alexander Samoila

Chief conductor of the theater, People's Artist of Republic of Moldova.

He conducted in England, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, Iceland, Japan, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, England, Scotland, Ireland in Royal Albert Hall, the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, the Moscow Musical Theatre named after Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko and others.

Alexander Samoila  has been working as a chief conductor of Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater since 2009.

 

 

 
 
 
 

 Alina Vorokh (soprano)

The singer’s repertoire  includes the leading roles from the opera "The Barber of Seville" by G. Rossini, "Lucia di Lammermoor" by G. Donizetti, "La Traviata", "Rigoletto" by G. Verdi and others.

Alina Vorokh had the solo concerts in Russia, Scotland, France, Germany and England.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Eugene Kostritskiy (violin)

In September 2008 he was invited by Hobart Earle to be a concertmaster of Odessa National Philharmonic Orchestra.  He is also a guest- concertmaster, soloist of the Dnepropetrovsk Chamber Orchestra "The Seasons" conducted by Honoured Artist of Ukraine D. Logvina.

He plays the violin by the Italian master Luigi Legnani 1750-60.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Alexander Lysyuk (cello)
 
The musician has performed with many orchestras in different cities of Ukraine and Europe, including Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Moldova.
He collaborated with the conductors A. Samoila, I. Shavruk, I. Becker, V. Moldovanov, Ponomarenko, S.Burko,  G. Kurkov, D. Manasseh, M. Balan and others.
He has been working as an artist of the orchestra of Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater since 2011.
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Leonid Popov (clarinet)
Laureate of many national and international competitions, the international contest of clarinetists in Belgium (Kortrijk - 2010 ; Gent - 2013), laureate of the III prize of the international competition of clarinetists in Portugal (Lisbon, 2011). In 2011  the manufacturer of  clarinets "Buffet Crampon" presented the musician the clarinets «Tosca» in recognition for his achievements in international competitions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

ВІКТОР ОСОКІН (контрабас)
 
Народився в 1992 році в м. Усинськ (Росія).
Випускник Одеської середньої спеціалізованої музичної школи ім. П. С. Столярського по класу доцента В. Чекалюка. З 2010 р. навчається в Одеській національній музичній академії ім. А. В. Нежданої.
Лауреат І-го Міжнародного конкурсу контрабасистів у Львові «Golden Bass» (ІІ премія).
Виступав з концертами в Україні, Молдові та США.
З 2011 р. працює на посаді артиста оркестру Одеського національного академічного театру опери та балету.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Nikolay Shakhov (bass)
 
He has given concerts in Ukraine, Germany, Moldova.

Ruslan Vasilchenko (bassoon)
Toured in Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Australia and the USA.
From 1994 to 2002 he worked in the control group of bassoons in Odessa National Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by H. Earle, where he performed  the solo parts of the works by Mozart, Strauss, A. Tomlenova.
Since 2002 Ruslan Vasilchenko has been working as a concertmaster of bassoons in Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Igor Karimov  (trumpet)
Laureate of the international competition of trumpeters named after M. Starovetskiy.
Since 2013 the musician has been working as an artist of the orchestra of Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater
